Senior Marketing Coordinator

Multi Service of Overland Park, KS – February 2012 – Current

    • Responsible for coordinating and implementing marketing projects with responsibilities that include special events management, advertising and creating brand awareness.
    • Also includes organizing the preparation of proposals and presentations using marketing resource materials such as brochures, data, slides, photographs and reports.
    • Responsible for developing and coordinating visual identities of 9 diverse business lines within the transportation industry.
    • Worked with a 3-person team to rebrand and re-launch several different websites, designed printed collateral and trade show materials.
    • Managing bids from printing companies and preparing files printing specifications; working closely with vendors for finished products
    • Designed and developed rebrand and WordPress websites that serve as a template for remaining websites that reduced the development time from multiple months to less than 2 weeks.
